Pub 15 was established in 2022 as a neighborhood restaurant & bar in the middle of downtown Bedford. A much needed addition to the growing city’s makeup. Our comfortable and welcoming atmosphere makes us one of Bedford’s best locations for after work meetups with friends, dinner with family, or even your next big event.
We’re more than just great food and drinks at Pub 15, we’re also a part of the neighborhood, and that’s important to us. We want our name to be synonymous with great food, great drinks, and a great time to the local Bedford community.
Our menus feature classic American-inspired dishes made from the freshest ingredients. From delicious appetizers and entrees to light bites, salads, wraps, and more there will be something for everyone on our menu. Ask for our kids menu for children!
Pub 15 believes that great drinks is equals to great company! Our full service bar is stocked with local craft brews, a variety of wines, and custom cocktails that will keep the conversation going. We’re here to make sure Bedford’s premier eatery is a gathering place to share stories, food, cocktails, and premier memories in a premier space. The drinks are for 21 and older adults but the atmosphere is 100% family friendly.

The food was amazing!!! The cheese logs always come out a nice crisp, golden and are pretty much melted deliciousness, I saw the kitchen manager come out of the kitchen multiple times, and ask how peoples food was, The bartender Lana was super friendly! I recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone!
